Hansa Therapy training has a focus on self-awareness to enable students and teachers to experience therapeutic assesment, practice and consequence : informing their personal practice and abilities to work with others to determine supportive solutions. In Pelvic Puzzle, you will learn :
- Biomechanics of functional, dynamic movement in the context of the hips, pelvis, pelvic diaphragm, and sacro-lumbar spinal support.
- Functional movement patterns that can create greater ease.
- Common patters of dysfunction and disconnection in the pelvis and related structures.
- Subtle body work and rehabilitation exercises that can bring greater ease to the region.
- Experiential pelvis management in basic asana poses to bring integration in asana,
movement practices, or basic every day life.
