what will you learn?

An in-depth course designed to develop a students understanding of different levels of meditation in traditional Hatha Raja yoga practice.

Exploration of Self-Realization methods, awakening to the ever peaceful, joyous center of consciousness. Yoga is a whole life process. Ultimately there is only one YOGA with many aspects which we will explore in details.

Along with the strong physical practice we will be living some of the subtler aspects of yoga to bring a personal experience to the participants. All the information and practices provided in the course are universal and applicable to all people in order to improve our ability to live the self-awareness principle of Yoga.

During classes specifically selected series of asanas, purifying breathing technique and meditations are used to help the body release physical, emotional and mental tensions, and facilitates more graceful flow through life with more awareness and ease. Practice turns into a constant exploration of remote areas of the consciousness which awakens many pieces that conform us, and permits to move the mind and heart to the limit of their abilities. In some ways, the insights of the teachings will lead fellow seekers of the truth to a more satisfying spiritual journey and a life more reflective of their true Self.
